Sinema was one of three restaurants recently featured in Tastemade's Off Menu: Nashville feature. The video, shot earlier this year, highlights the flavors and culture of Nashville restaurants. 

Host Aida Mollencamp and local foodie Beth Sachan from Eat. Drink. Smile sampled off-menu dishes from the creative mind of Chef Dale Levitski, including The Bearded Swine, Seaweed, featuring seaweed broth and a special burger.
