DALE LEVITSKI, OTHERS GO WHOLE HOG IN BEARDS FOR BEARD
Local chefs take on whole hog cooking in Beards for Beard, the second Friends of James Beard Foundation dinner at Green Door Gourmet.
The chefs, including Sinema’s Dale Levitski and Mason’s Brandon Frohne, will compete, with pitmaster Pat Martin and others judging. Attendees get to sample each chef’s creation, with sides and beer.
